PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Malvern Group Cartridge Services must preauthorize all product returns. For return procedures and a return authorization number, please contact Malvern's Customer Service at 727-446-1469 / 800-537-7342 or e-mail us at . Please note that:

• Malvern will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
• Brand name merchandise may be returned up to 30 days-25% restocking fee.
• Compatible and remanufactured merchandise may be returned up to 90 days.
• Merchandise which has been used, written on, marked, relabeled, not in original unmarked packaging will not be accepted.
• Only a company check will be issued for a refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

• Every remanufactured and compatible product we sell comes with a 1 year warranty on toner/90 day warranty on inkjet's.

  If you should have a problem, please call Malvern at 727-446-1469 / 800-537-7342 and/or e-mail us for assistance in obtaining a "RMA" number and return instructions.
• A sample of the problem must be provided to help our technicians determine the problem.
• At the time you request an RMA#, you will be asked which of two options you would prefer:
  • 1) Replacement cartridge or
    2) Full refund-by company check
